This Web-based survey was self-administered by more than 200 wound care professionals who treat more than 10 chronic wounds per week. Respondents included:
  • Physicians
  • Podiatrists
  • Osteopathic specialists
  • Nurse practitioners
  • Physician assistants

They came from a variety of practice settings including hospitals, wound care clinics, outpatient facilities, long-term care facilities, and private practice. Each was recruited by the publisher of Wounds, Podiatry Today, and OWM. The data shown on this Web site were collected in September and October, 2007.
